14 Days to Exchange - Online only

This policy applies to all online full-priced ‘Sam & Lola’ items. We offer a 14 day exchange policy for sizing matters only. All items must be returned unworn (except for tried on), in original condition with tags still attached, folded as they came and with all buttons done up. This ensures that your exchange is received in a resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including the return postage and the shipping cost for the replacement item. All return requests can be submitted via the contact page email.
